    Deborah S. Dailey, MBA
    Deborah S. Dailey has been involved in hospice care for 30 years and is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Hospice of Dayton, Inc. in Dayton, Ohio. Hospice of Dayton is a premier hospice program that has a 51-bed inpatient unit at its Dayton campus. Since Deborah joined the organization the census has grown to serve nearly 600 patients per day. Deborah is a nationally recognized expert in hospice operations and has served as President/CEO of Ashland Community Hospice in Ashland, Kentucky; Hospice of Winston-Salem in North Carolina; Hospice of Palm Beach County in West Palm Beach, Florida and as Vice President of Operations for Vista-Care, Inc.

    Deborah has been involved in promoting hospice care nationally and is a founding member of the National Hospice Work Group and the North Carolina Hospice Work Group. She also served as President of the Kentucky Association of Hospices and is an affiliate member of the American College of Health Care Executives. Her expertise in operations and management of hospice programs has made her a sought after speaker and consultant to other hospice programs throughout the United States.

    Deborah received her Master degree in Business Administration from Wake Forest University and has completed studies in International Business at Oxford University, Oxford, England.
